How often does it need doing?

Somewhere between every 3 months and every 5 years. The interval depends on the workplace and its environment, which is why it’s worked out site by site rather than set once for everyone in Brisbane North.

If your workplace changes, say a site moving from fit-out to a finished building, it’s worth asking whether the interval should change with it.

Pricing in plain numbers

  1. The first 10 items: $150 + GST, flat.
  2. Each item after that: $5 to $8 + GST.
  3. Where you land in that range depends on how many items you have and your work environment.

The quote comes before any work starts, so you can say yes or no with the full figure in front of you. To put it together we only need a rough count of your items and a sense of the work environment.

Who’s doing the testing

A fully qualified, insured and licensed operator, under licence number 67096. Elite Test and Tag is CM3 certified, an independent contractor OH&S and compliance prequalification, and we’re part of the Elite group. The Elite brand has been operating since 1984.

CM3 deserves a word of explanation. It’s an independent prequalification covering a contractor’s OH&S and compliance, so you aren’t relying on our say-so.

We carry out RCD testing too, and it can sit on the same quote as your test and tag.
